Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using FuserrCleaning. These terms govern your use of our platform and constitute a legally binding agreement between you and FuserrCleaning.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the FuserrCleaning platform (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.
2. Services
FuserrCleaning is a marketplace platform that connects customers with independent service providers ("Cleaners"). We do not directly employ Cleaners but facilitate bookings between customers and Cleaners. All Cleaners on our platform are independently verified and insured.
3. Bookings and Payments
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices displayed include our service fee and applicable taxes (13% HST in Canada). You will see the full price breakdown before confirming any booking. All confirmed bookings are subject to our cancellation policy.
4. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled service time are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the booking value. No-shows will be charged the full booking amount.
5. Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your cleaning service, please contact us within 24 hours of service completion. We will arrange for a complimentary re-clean of the unsatisfactory areas. This guarantee does not apply to dissatisfaction resulting from conditions beyond the Cleaner's control.
6. Prohibited Uses
You may not use our Service to solicit Cleaners to work outside of our platform, engage in fraudulent activity, harass or abuse Cleaners, or violate any applicable laws.
7. Limitation of Liability
FuserrCleaning is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
